The activities carried out by DYO are strictly limited to strategic advisory services, financial structuring, corporate consultancy and transaction support, provided exclusively to professional and institutional clients. Under no circumstances does DYO provide investment services, portfolio management, fundraising from the public, marketing or placement of financial instruments, or financial intermediation as defined under the Spanish Securities Market Act (Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015 of 23 October) and other applicable financial regulations. Any collaboration with regulated entities, investors or financing partners is conducted under private mandates and does not involve the performance of any reserved activity requiring regulatory authorisation or licensing.
